Community Service:  India is one of the highest ranking countries in the world for the number of children suffering from malnutrition. The promise of a warm, tasty and nutritious meal served daily can completely transform the life of a child and empower them to grow healthier and learn better. By partnering with the Shri Ram School and their Balwadi Program, we serve 190+ hot, fresh and healthy meals to under-privileged children every evening.

Hygeine and Safety: The health and safety of our clients and staff is a responsibility we take very seriously. Through a highly qualified Safety, Quality and Hygeine team, regular audits, SOPs, highly vetted processes, reports etc. we maintain the highest level of confidence in the health and safety in our kitchens and dining halls.

Waste Control and Minimization: Waste creation and generation is a tragic problem that plagues the global food industry. When preparing food in bulk, it is integral to calculate quantities effectively in order to minimize waste. Using a proprietary database based on historical trends, the chefs at Caterman are able to predict consumption patterns across our sites thereby minimizing the wastage in food production. By buying in bulk packaging and separating biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste, we do our best to control, minimize and sort our waste effectively.

Employee Training & Development: All our 800+ employees across all our units are regularly part of training and development programs focussed on integral aspects of our operations and how they relate to phenomena that are occurring in the world around us. Employees are trained on everything ranging from communication skills to climate change, thereby enabling us to build a better workforce and better individuals in society.
